If you have an Unraid public share that you’d like to mount and treat as a local drive, you’ll be me with a username and password prompt. If you don’t recall setting up a username or password, this prompt could be a bit confusing.
For completion, this prompt is found by mounting \\[local ip address of unraid server]\[share-name]
All you have to do is enter guest
for the username, 1234
for the password and WORKGROUP
for the domain. This is the default credentials Unraid uses when you have a public share where you, the user, do set any credentials.
